Aims of the Netzwerk Oberfläche NRW

The primary aim of the NRWO! is the promotion of science and research in the field of surface technology.

The focus is set on the organisation and further development of cooperation between companies, universities and other institutions along the value chain of surface technology.

This is realised by the following activities:

• Identification of common interests in workshops
• Development and implementation of individual and joint Projects
• Identification and acquisition of funding for innovation and network projects
• Support for the development of existing and new education and study programs
• Organisation of information events, congresses and trade fairs
• Public relations to improve visibility and the image of surface technology
